Tilt: Making A Clean Connection For Volunteers

When people volunteer to serve at your church, the paramount challenge is to effectively connect them into ministry by finding where their gifts best fit the needs of the ministry. If their first experience is a negative one it will be four times as difficult to re-engage them in the future.
