The fall ushers in a season when church leaders plan for the new year and determine the finances needed to fund those ministries. However, many plans often get shelved because church leaders use the “guess” method of determining church finances. Therefore, ministry becomes a repeated picture of past years because no additional funds are available to move in new directions.
Did you know the minister of education has as much (and perhaps even more) influence on the revenue of the church than any other church leader? That may come as a surprise to many, but it is absolutely true! In addition, the minister of education can help the church finances grow at a predetermined rate.
